IRATA Rope Access Safety Supervisor (RASS) Training
The IRATA Rope Access Safety Supervisor (RASS) course is designed for IRATA Level 3 rope access technicians, who are stepping into higher responsibility roles. Whether you’re supervising a team on-site or managing compliance for complex rope access operations, this training provides the knowledge and skills you need to meet the IRATA standard.

Who Should Attend?
This course is suited to: (Pre-requisite – Must hold current IRATA L3)
- IRATA Level 3s looking to formalise and extend their supervisory capabilities
- IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Managers, Supervisors, and Technical Authorities.
What You’ll Learn
- Understanding IRATA membership requirements and RASS-specific responsibilities.
- Applying the IRATA ICOP, TACS, and RASS-TACS in day-to-day operations.
- Creating and delivering Risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks, inductions and pre work briefings.
- Leadership and communication as a Rope Access Safety Supervisor.
